Growing up with an unconventional parent who studied and made hobbies of photography and cinematography proved to be a creative boost in many areas of my life. During a photography class in 8th grade, too many years ago, I finally had a chance to dust off my Dad's sacred SLR and experiment with black and white photography in the darkroom.
